Membership
If you believe in God and wish to be a disciple of Jesus Christ, you are invited to make the important decision of becoming a part of the ministry and mission of Jesus Christ at North Naples United Methodist Church (NNUMC). Several times per year, a six-week new member series begins, which allows you the opportunity to join the Church.
You may become a
Full Member of NNUMC by Confession of Faith, Reaffirmation of Faith, or Transfer of Membership. Our United Methodist Discipline also allows you to be an
Affiliate or
Associate member, while retaining full membership in another congregation.
An
Affiliate member also belongs to another United Methodist Church. An
Associate member also belongs to another church of a different denomination. This is good if you have a second home here and want to connect to NNUMC to serve you and through which you can serve while living in Southwest Florida.
When taking the vows of membership, you make a commitment to support the Church with your prayers, gifts, and service. You will have the opportunity to select an area of ministry in which you wish to serve.
